This particular diet will be providing you with the enough energy to have a productive day while loosing several kilos in several days,
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 slice of wholegrain toast with 2 tbsp of peanut butter with a cup of coffee/tea without sugar then half of grapefruit
Lunch: slice of toast with a half cup of tuna with coffee/tea
Dinner: 100 g. of any steamed meat with one glass of green beans, the dessert will be half a banana or apple or vanilla ice cream cup
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 slice of wholegrain toast with hard boiled egg (12 mn. boiling) and half a banana
Lunch: one hard boiled egg and 5 saltines with a cup of cottage cheese
Dinner: 100 g. of any steamed meat with vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup, eat half cup of carrot and a cup of broccoli
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 slice of shedder cheese with 4 saltines and half apple
Lunch: one slice of wholegrain toast with 1 egg
Dinner: cup of tuna 1/2 banana with cup of ice cream
